2. Purchase

Once the amount has been paid, what are the next steps to follow?

We contact you and agree on the registration and delivery of your purchase, whatever suits you best.

If I regret the purchase during the following steps before receiving the product, what happens?

We will refund the amount at the time you request us within a period of 7 days tops.

What if there is a break in the stock of the reserved product? Is the amount refunded?

If you do not agree with the new delivery period, we will refund the amount of the reservation.

What documentation is necessary to buy the product?

Your ID or your tax information if you are a company, that simple.

What documentation is necessary to finance the product?

Your ID, last payroll, income statement and your bank account number.

Can the invoice be in the name of a company?

If the purchased product is a gift, what happens to the invoice?

You send us your ID, signed purchase order, signed purchase contract and we will take care of everything.

Does the purchased product need insurance?

If it is not registrable, you don’t need it and if it is registrable, yes.

Do I have to pay road tax, ITV and register the motorcycle?

You have to settle those taxes and payments like a normal motorcycle and also, if you prefer, we can take care of all these procedures. In motorcycles and electric cars, the registration tax of the tax agency is exempt. In addition, the road tax is subsidised and is paid by the customer. The registration fee, pre-delivery and the registration plate are € 395 of expenses to be paid. If you want, the vehicle will come home registered and with the badge so you can access any part of your city.

3. Delivery

Can the customer receive the product at home or where he decides?

The islands. Ceuta and Melilla have an extra cost of € 350.

A minimum of two years, but depending on the vehicle you choose, up to 5 years or 100,000 km. You have it in the characteristics of the vehicle.

If there is no technical service in the city of your residence? How do you solve any problems that may arise?

In the Call Center we will give you the steps to follow to go to the nearest point.

5. Returns

How long does the customer have to return the product?

Once received 15 days or 500 Kms.

Does the return have any cost?

Only transportation costs to our logistics headquarters, located at Crta. Madrid Km 234, 09001, Burgos.

What conditions does the state of the product have to meet for its return?

At the reception it will be checked that it is in perfect condition, without exterior bumps or dents, or interior damage with less than 500Kms.

If the product has been registered, what happens?

The same.

How long does it take to return the money?

At the moment it is received and it is verified that the vehicle meets the return standards, 15 days.

By what means?

Wire transfer.

Do they collect the product at the same place of delivery or does it have to be taken to a specific place?

You must return it to us at our logistics headquarters in Crta. Madrid, KM 234, 09001 Burgos.
